We provide urgent and primary care in a reliable and humane manner. Our practice extends to Easley, Greenville, and Powdersville, South Carolina. Walk-ins are welcome.
From yearly checkups to minor accidents, we treat every patient with kindness. We specialize in weight management, weight loss. bariatric care and primary care. Every case is treated as urgent in our clinic. About Us

Outz Medical is a primary & urgent care clinic located in Powdersville, S.C. From pediatrics to geriatrics, we’ll take care of your loved ones with patience and determination. Our services include in-house x-rays, labs, yearly examinations, sports physicals primary care, bariatric care and urgent care. We take care of weight loss issues, weight management, diabetes, hypertension, adhd and a myriad of other health problems. We also can refer you to specialists in other health care systems. We have someone oncall 24 hours a day and an answering service for phone calls after normal office hours.
Charles Outz RPh, MD is a physician with a wide background of experience. He has experience as a hospital director, rehabilatation center director, researcher and as a pharmacist since 1980. He’s experienced in several medical areas such as cardio/pulmonary/orthopedic rehabilitation, and geriatrics. As an investigator for the Palmetto Medical Research Association, he is involved with research on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
