From newborns to seniors, you and your loved ones are the most important patients for us. Located in Powdersville, South Carolina, Outz Medical is a primary and urgent care clinic. We have an on site x-ray facility, on site lab and provide sports physicals for schools in the area. We also perform Drug Screens. We can help you with weight loss, weight management, bariatric care. adhd and many other primary care issues. We have someone on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Clinic’s Director

Our Physician is Charles Outz. Jr. MD, RPh. He’s a physician and pharmacist with expeience in multiple areas such as cardio-pulmonary, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and geriatrics. He does research on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) for the Palmetto Medical Research Association. Dr. Outz is a father of five and has been a physician since 2004. He has multiple credentials, such as:

Madelon Outz, pictured on the above right, is the office manager and VP of Outz Medical.  She has nursing and business experience and speaks multiple languages.
